Prodigy and Chemical Brothers Remixed back online

It started, as many things do, with a drunken conversation in a pub - why don’t we round up a bunch of people to put together an unofficial remix album of the Prodigy’s Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned and release it for free download (with charity donation) on the same day as the original?

One month later Always Outsiders, Never Outdone was ready for download. Three days later, and we’d burned through our monthly bandwidth allowance and almost pulled down the server (and all the other sites on it…).

Once the dust had settled we set our sights on a sequel. After failing to get enthused by a number of new releases, a copy of the Chemical Brothers’ Push the Button fell into our lap and we had a new project: Flip the Switch. Despite better planning, we managed to bring the server down in three hours this time - going on Xfm the night before release probably didn’t help.

The albums have since slipped off the internet, but can now be found at their (hopefully permanent) new homes:
